One Year @ Java Island

Dear Lord
Thanks for your grace until today. :)
Yeah, i am already one year stay in Java Island. I remember the 1st time i came in Soetta Airport and i fell excited because i am in mother city and oh my god, Jakarta is amazing.


Thank God for my sister who pick me up and i stay there about 1 months before i go to village Bogor.
I start work at 6 June 2011 in Gni, so almost 1 years also. 


So, what my achievement so far? As i remember i wanna take college in Jakarta soon. Its really hard of course because i work in village, my field is very danger also.


Exactly i dunno what my achievement but i am really happy and i try to survive. I go to another place, namely Surabaya, Bandung, Jogjakarta, Jabodetabek. I meet many new friends and some of them are family. I have new experience in New Year at Dufan, and so many things with my friends.


I forgot to take college? Exactly no, but i am still worries for money. Yes i am suck.
 and i am bad in Sundays devotion because is very far from here. I wanna cry *_(


Jesus, one big hope. I need to continue my college, i need to have a small business and have job at Jakarta. its always in my mind.

10 Langkah Meningkatkan Wibawa 

Saat mendengar kata "berwibawa", apa yang ada di benak Anda?

Pasti terlintas kata-kata profesional, pekerja keras, cerdas, dikagumi, dan berada di posisi atas.

Kata "berwibawa" biasanya mengacu pada seseorang yang penting, yang segala tindak-tanduk dan ucapannya dianggap penting di kantor.

Namun sesungguhnya orang yang dianggap berwibawa tidak selalu harus atasan. Anda yang masih tergolong karyawan biasa pun bisa meningkatkan wibawa dengan mengikuti 10 hal berikut.

1. Berpakaian profesional

Meski lekat dengan istilah "Jangan menilai seseorang hanya dari penampilan luar saja," dalam dunia profesional istilah ini tidak berlaku. Penampilan dihitung dalam penilaian. Ada beberapa tingkatan ekspektasi saat seseorang melihat penampilan orang lain di tempat kerja. Kita tentu memiliki ekspektasi tinggi terhadap penampilan seorang eksekutif. Berpakaianlah seperti seorang eksekutif jika ingin dipandang seperti mereka.

2. Pilih tatanan rambut terbaik

Frances Cole Jones, penulis buku The Wow Factor: The 33 Things You Must (and Must Not) Do to Guarantee Your Edge in Today'sBusiness World, menyarankan agar membersihkan wajah dari rambut. "Rambut yang menutupi wajah akan selalu membuat Anda terlihat lebih muda dan kurang berpengaruh," kata Jones. Untuk para wanita, potongan rambut berponi sebaiknya dihindari karena akan membuat wajah Anda kekanak-kanakan dan kurang dewasa. Sementara pria disarankan tidak memanjangkan rambut dan menatanya dengan rapi.

3. Mencatat hasil rapat

"Mencatat semua isi penting di rapat merupakan cara tercepat menciptakan persahabatan dengan para staf senior," catat Jones. "Cara ini membantu mereka merasa santai saat rapat karena melihat Anda secara fisik mencatat dan (kemungkinan) memahami poin penting yang diutarakan."   

4. Tidak bicara sembarangan

Seorang eksekutif bicara dengan efektif, tepat sasaran, dan tidak bertele-tele. Perlu diketahui, terlalu banyak bicara, bebelit-belit, dan latah adalah penyakit dalam berkomunikasi yang harus dihindari.

5. Jangan jadi objek ejekan di kantor

Memang sulit dipungkiri, dalam satu lingkungan pasti ada objek yang dijadikan bahan ejekan dan candaan. Tapi perlu diingat, seorang objek ejekan tentulah seseorang yang dinilai kawan-kawannya punya banyak kelemahan, kurang berwibawa, dan tidak disegani.

6. Jangan ungkapkan masalah pribadi

Apakah pembayaran kartu kredit sudah jatuh tempo? Baru putus dengan pacar? Bermasalah dengan teman? Jangan bawa masalah-masalah itu dalam obrolan di kantor.

7. Ruang kerja bukan kamar tidur

Seberapa sibuk pekerjaan Anda, seberapa lama durasi Anda bekerja, jaga selalu meja atau ruang kerja agar senantiasa rapi. Meja dan ruang kerja yang berantakan mencerminkan kepribadian pemalas, santai, dan tidak profesional.

8. Jaga perilaku di dunia maya

Jangan sembarangan mengunggah foto, menulis komentar vulgar, kata-kata kasar, mencemooh orang, juga SARA. Ingat, bagaimana perilaku Anda di dunia maya berpengaruh pada reputasi diri.

9. Jangan segan bicara dengan atasan

Biasanya kita enggan berhadapan dengan bos besar di perusahaan. Mulai sekarang buang rasa enggan. Ketahuilah, para bos besar lebih sering berinteraksi dengan orang-orang dengan jabatan tinggi. Begitulah Anda di mata orang lain (memiliki jabatan tinggi) jika sering berinteraksi dengan bos besar.

10. Jangan pelit berkontribusi

Tunjukkan Anda serius berkarier dan memiliki visi misi memajukan perusahaan. "Para manajer kelas atas pasti lebih menyadari keberadaan orang-orang yang berkontribusi tinggi bahkan di luar jam kerja," ungkap Jones.

Love u so much, thanks for your big hearts for me.

So many things happen

@ Kawanua Hotel Jakarta was OD Workshop since 14 – 17 May 2012.

àI am very happy because I meet my buddy “shyshyhen or henmoms”. We need to talk for everything and its fun, because we are in the same room. But I don’t know maybe we are fell a space because some of our staff falling in love with him, and then I become so close with our new staff and we are in Jakarta in same room are near but not close. She said in ym today, and I am sad. I am sorry buddy for make u disappointed, I love you buddy and hope u know because sometimes we don’t know what’s going on in the future.

àI meet a new friend namely bang Dolly and Boski. Lets talk about bang Dolly, he is a smart person, humble, clever, and he is have a big heart for community services. He knows much about child right more than our trainer.  Hahahhaha

àThe second one is Boski, he cames from Padang and he is quite calm, smart and he is nice also. He helps me in outbound in ancol, exactly I hate Out bound,,hahhaha and the most important he call me with “ Ta”,,. He call me with my nick name and most of my close friend call me “ Ta”,. He is the new person who call me “ Ta” and I fell good. Hahahah

Lord, I am excited when attend WPA 2012 in GBK Jakarta, Desti my friends from Jogja, she is a very good Christian, she is very humble and faithfully. The WPA Devotion, the 1^st time held in Indonesia and we pray for Indonesia and for another country. I am very happy and touching because I am seldom pray for our country, it’s a very good action when about 200an children hold balloon and we are count from 10, 9, 8, until 1, the balloon are let go of, all of us pray for Indonesia, I Love Indonesia. J

@ Jogjakarta, 17 – 21 May 2012

Love u lord, Jogja is very nice and comfort city. This is the 1^st time for me, me with my friends Duma, we are enjoy the journey. We must enjoy the journey because jogja is very nice.

Thanks for Desti also who very humble and lovely to take care two of us when we in Jogja.

We go to Jogja by train, so many seller in the train, sell everything from tea, mineral water, cup noodles, cake, bananas, peanut, cassava, plester, hat and many more. Hahahha. We can not sleep well but I we try to enjoy.

The 1^st time arrived at Stasiun Tugu, very calm and neat, its very different with another station in Jakarta. We feel that very homey station.

We go to Malioboro, and so many Batik , Glagah Beach, Bring Raharjo Traditional Market, Alun – alun Kidul, Prambanan Candi, and watching concert Endank Sukamti and Andra and the Backbone.

At concert, this is the 1^st time, and the situations in jogja are very warm and also comfort, so many audience In the stadium but they are very nice. Sometimes I found that the teenagers are smoke and also the girls also. But its ok.

We visit Alun alun Kidul., the history of Banyan Tree. There are two Banyan tree there, and if u can across the three with close your eyes, so you can reach ur dream or you can get married soon. Hahahhaha,its only history and we also fail.

I meet new friend also, the teenagers namely Rozie, fajar and Eka. They are still young and they hold our travel in Jogja. Rozie is very handsome hahahahhaha and I am interesting with her. He is about 20 years old. Hahhahah.

Exactly our trip in Jogja is not a perfect trip but I try to make a conclusion that

# Before you have trip, you must prepare ticket 2 ways.

# prepare your Health Condition.

# Don’t bring so much things in your bag.

# Make sure your Hand phone is full battery.

# Make sure you have a brief destination.

# Make sure you have money.

Hahahah.
