Over Qualified

Kata ini pertama aku dengar waktu temen ku yang kerja di Aceh dia resign krn menikah , melamar kerja ke sekolah dasar sbg guru bantu di tempat barunya. Dia tidak diterima karena over qualified katanya.

Dan kedua kalinya aku dengar hari ini saat aku di kabari oleh pihak LSM yang aku telah di interview senin tanggal 23 July lalu. Aku tidak di terima karena aku over qualified katanya dan semoga aku sukses di tempat lain. Hahhahahahahhaha.

Ini membuat ku Shock and agak aneh memang. Aku melamar jadi staff finance / finance assistant dan aku tidak di terima.

Untuk catatatan aja ni ya..sejak 2009 sampe sekarang aku belum pernah gagal di tahap interview dan ini lah kegagalan ku pertama kali. J

Aku jadi bingung, apakah beliau jujur mengatakan aku over qualified?

Atau itu hanya alasan nya saja dengan sopan?

Over itu tidak bagus sob, aku juga sedang over minum vitamin C kayaknya karena gusi ku sedang terluka ni karena aku minum ester c setiap hari, minum jus dan sayuran dan minum air mineral. Hahahhaha

Aku agak sedikit ge_er sih jadinya. Mungkin uda saatnya aku melamar bukan di posisi assistant melainkan di posisi selangkah lebih maju di atas assistant. Hahaha

Pertanyaan ku dan juga di dalam benak seseorang di hutan sana

"jangan2 tempat kerja ku sekarang tidak sadar kalo aku over qualified ya?" kalo dia sadar pasti aku tidak akan seperti sekarang ini # tepok jidat.

Tapi ngomong2 t4 kerjaku yang sekarang ini ya aku menikmati nya? Harus lah !!!

Sebenarnya aku menyukai waktu dan saat saat aku mengajar anak – anak, berdiskusi dengan volunteer dan guru, memberikan motivasi kepada 2 orang staff ku yang masih teenager " Ian dan Dewa".

Aku menikmati saat berdiskusi dengan masyarakat, menyapa mereka, melambaikan tangan dan anak2 pasti akan teriak " kak erita,,kk erita,,," hahahha.

Temen2 ku bilang aku adalah " The queen of Cileksa" *Nama desa ini adalah Cileksa.

 

Yang paling aku sukai adalah berkumpul dengan anak2 dan itu membuatku lebih anak2 dari mereka kadang2, sampai aku bingung juga karena sometimes aku bisa kehilangan wibawa ku karena anak2 sd kelas 2 namanya chandra mengajak ku main badminton bersama karena 2 alasan yaitu dia menganggap kami punya skill badminton yang sama dan dia suka dengan ku" Hhahhaha, Betapa speechless nya aku kadang2.

Aku mengejar anak lelaki kecil kelas 1 sd namanya kelpin markelpin, dia sangat nakal dan aku sepertinya sebayanya. Dia mencolek ku dan aku mengejar nya, dia meniru logat batak ku ini dan menjulurkan lidahnya, dan aku ancam dia " Kelpin kalo nakal lagi, kakak bawa kamu ke Medan, ke rumah saya" trus jawabnya " Ia, bawa aja, aku mau ke Medan..Hhahahah. Buset ni bocah.

Sebenarnya ada satu lagi yang lebih gawat, anak sponsor juga umur 4 tahun cewe namaya Nurma tapi nama panggilannya Neng Uma. Dan aku adalah sebanya nya. Dia memanggil aku " ERITA !!. Tidak pake kak erita, hanya erita dan aku hanya tertawa saja. Hahhahaha. Dia sangat pintar bermain puzzle dan kalo sudah besar dia bercita – cita jadi Sapi. Hahahahh. # dia belum tau artinya cita – cita.

Now it’s fasting month and I am very tired and weak but I don’t know why because I am not joining in fasting, maybe because I am participating in fasting months.

M: Oh, I see * mood langsung berubah.

Ms:  when u marry?

M: later, maybe 2 years because I want to continue college about 1,5 years

Ms: You already 24, its time to marry.

M:  we have older brother; u can ask him when he marries?

Ms : our brother almost 26 and he not have plan to marry now, but our parents already forced him to marry and he refused and say “ I think it’s good to Maris to have marry first in our family “

M : What?? I don’t have boyfriend now and it’s really hard for me, and talking about marry I think its need a time because marry it’s not a simple things. We must prepare our self.

Ms : Exactly I am still 22 but I want to marry soon, my boyfriend already ask me to marry. So I need to marry maybe in 1 year again.

M: ^ shock^ Oh really? its ok I think if u need u marry soon because u already find your match, I am support you.

Ms : yeah, but its also hard for me because our parents not give me permission to marry first. They want you marry soon.

M : Hahahha I will marry soon if I have Mr Right in right time and in right place.

Ms : When?

M : Soon,,hahahha but after I graduated college yeah.

Ms : its need a long time, come on you must marry soon.

M : You can marry first and I give you permission. OK?

Ms : No, no, no because our parents prohibited me.

M : So? What should I do?

Ms ; Marry soon?

M : Whatever..hahahha

Kereta Api Ekonomi VS Commuter Line

Dear Lord

Thanks for your grace and your mercy, love you so much and thanks for my family, my job, my friends, my condition, my environment, my joy and my sorrow. Thanks for be my guardian.

Jesus I need to share about train in my country especially in Jabodetabek. I have many things to give thanks that I have opportunity to be stay here and see many people at economy class train.

I am stay in Bogor and I usually go back to Jakarta 2 times a month by train, it's almost 1, 5 hours from Bogor to Kota Jakarta. The price of economy class is Rp 2000, and the Commuter is Rp 7000.

I am prefer use commuter because it's more comfort than economy, but economy class more often come – back Jakarta – Bogor, so if I need to more quick I must use economy class. It's cheap and so many people there. And I try to make myself comfort J

In my opinion, many people use economy class not come from poor people but they need quick and they need shopping.

Why shopping? Yeah I love Indonesia and I love economy class train because so many people sell everything. The common things are water mineral, milk, tea, coffee, instant noodle, tissue, fruits, books, peanut, snack, tomato, onion, cigarettes, cake, candy, USB, card reader, Headset, powder, battery, powder spoons, ribbon, earring, ring, necklace, bandana, bangle, poster, book, belt, pencil, pen, matches, a cloth, prime card for many provider and many things. * I try to remember J

Otherwise shopping, we can find many "poor people with poor action ". Street musician, use guitar or bring tape recorder and microphone and walking while singing. Old people and physical dap, they looking for money in economy train. We can find also children as a street musician, they sing a song with a husky voice, and some of them just ask money or beg by clean the train.

I am recommended you to use economy train because you can see and meet with many people there and its can make you more giving thanks to God, because u can use train, u have a good condition that street musician and the lazy person who only can ask money.

 

 

 

Jakarta Fair,,ga fair hahaha

Aloha..
Waktu aku pertama kali datang ke ibukota ini taon lalu, aku berkunjung ke Pekan Raya Jakarta alias Jakarta Fair Kemayoran with my friends Duma and Rouli, my old friend. We was enjoy that time, especially for me because this is the 1st time i ate kerak telor, and visit the " Ghost House" and i was scream very powerful because i am very scared. Hahahahha, its funny because its only imitation Ghost but i was scare.

 I remember that the 1st time i have much money because i am just come from Aceh, and i buy some of things who that i don't need it namely Levis trousers and also mini dress * and i never use it since i buy until now. I was shoppaholic maybe. We were watch concert Alexa and her vocalist quite handsome. We were at 10 am and come back at 10 pm. Hahahah.

So, the second Jakarta Fair, I go with Duma and we are enjoy the show also. Rouly can't join with us because she can't calling us * my phone and duma phone low bet. Hahaha. Jakarta fair is very hot so its make us not comfort and many people are there, and of course the price of things are expensive so Jakarta Fair is not Fair. Hahaha. We are looking for hand phone, camera, and also laptop. Yeah as you know thats quite expensive. I need to buy Samsung galaxy tab but the price is 4 million and i don't have money yet.

I love Jakarta fair although the air is very hot and its make my feet is very painful. I think its nice to be sales promotion girls in Jakarta Fair, hahahha maybe they have big salary. * maybe

We saw two grandmothers also come to visit Jakarta Fair and i saw Duma and said " Wow, later when we are become old we must visiting Jakarta fair like 2 grandmothers also. hahhahahahha"

To shyshyhen :  i thinks its quite funny when you come join with us to visit Jakarta Fair next year buddy :)

I will be right here waiting for you for Jakarta Fair. Hahahah

Continue School?

Dear Lord,,
Lucky for having July 2012, thanks for your grace and blessing in a half years and everything is awesome.
Exactly i have many things to share..
About my job as you know i try to survive and try to enjoy, just a little bis busy when we are celebrate National Children day, with a three events and we are enjoy. The very nice moment that euphoria children when they are become a winner in soccer competition, and another competition. I love to see children happy, and hope they are love to see adult happy :)

I feel sad and suck when almost children in ciparempeng can not continue her school to Junior High School because of many things such as the SMP is very far, their parents not support them to go to school and they don't interesting also to go to school and the fact is continue school to Junior High School is not her custom.

I don't know what should i do and also our NGOs do, we also have a scholarship program so that they can continue her/ his school. Its not a big budget but i think its enough for them.  I think the source of problem is not about money but its about mind set of community there. They said what is the importance of school?

Most of them are poor society and live in isolated sub village and they don't have a person who can inspiring they to continue school. Most of the girls after graduated elementary school they go to Jakarta or Bogor to work as a janitor or baby sitter, after 1 until 2 years they come back to her sub village and they will take marry. It will happen when they are 15 or 16 years old. So many damn thing i can find there and most of them want to make me cry, and i wish i can do something to encourage them ( her parents and also their children).

Thanks Jesus for your grace, give me strengthen so that i can go and share about importance about education.
